This is a separate engagement with its own scope and fee. It does not guarantee volume, price, certification, delivery or commercial terms.
Its purpose is simpler: to keep the understanding between buyer and maker from going quiet when the season changes.

The buyer is our client; producers are never charged, and we take no commission from them. We do not export, wholesale or arrange commercial shipping, nor do we become a party to the transaction. Commercial agreements and fulfilment remain with the buyer, producer and their chosen partners.
